In this document any mental health provider or subscriber to www.TherapistConcierge.com shall be known as a "member" and this site and its owner The Professional Concierge.com shall be known as the "host." By subscribing to www.TherapistConcierge.com the member agrees to the following terms, conditions and disclosures:
1. The host believes you will be completely satisfied with our service, however, if within the first three months of your subscription, you are not completely satisfied with the results of your listing, we will refund your payment, no questions asked.
2. Members agree that they may not include any vulgar, obscene or pornographic material in their profile. Any such actions will result in the termination of their profile page without refund of the yearly fee.
3. The only purpose of this site shall be for mental health professionals to advertise their practice to potential clients for the purpose of increasing their clientele.
4. The member holds the host and its owners harmless from any unwanted solicitation. The host will not sell member's information. The host makes no effort to keep any companies or individuals away from the site that may only be interested in the member's contact information for the purpose of solicitation.

6. Text and photos/logos that the member discloses in the membership application/sign up page will be made available to all persons navigating through the site
7. The fee prices are subject to change without notice.
8. Any misuse of this site will result in termination of the members profile page without refund.
9. The host is not responsible for fulfilling any guarantees that the member makes to potential clients through his/her profile page.
10. The member is responsible to make sure that all information is correct and accurately spelled on the profile page. The host does not check every profile page for accuracy.
